Install the apps.
On your computer, phone, and browser. You'll find every version on our Download page.
Sign in with the same account.
Your vault downloads in encrypted form and is decrypted only on your device, with your master password.
Work the way you like.
Changes are sent after you save, when you're back online, and regularly in the background. There's nothing to start manually.

30-day trash.
A deleted item goes to the trash on every device. You can restore it for 30 days.

You'll find the list of devices linked to your account in settings. On the Free plan, your vault works on one device; on paid plans, unlimited.
03 / Security
What syncs is ciphertext, not passwords.
The Inlockly cloud only stores and transmits encrypted data. Reading it requires keys that only you have.
Encrypted before it's sent.
Every change is encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM) before it's synced.
Keys never land on disk.
The local copy of your vault is encrypted, and the keys to read it are never stored in plain form.
Protected in transit.
The connection to the server is also secured with TLS - a second layer on top of encrypting your vault contents.

How many devices can I use Inlockly on?
One device on the Free plan. Unlimited devices on the Personal, Family, Team, and Business plans.
Does Inlockly work without internet?
Yes. You can unlock your vault offline and add or change items. Changes sync automatically once you're back online.
What happens if I change the same password on two devices?
No change is lost. The version saved first stays as the item, and the second appears next to it as a flagged copy - you choose the right one.
Can I use Inlockly in my browser without installing anything?
Yes, on paid plans. On the Free plan, you use the desktop or mobile app, or the browser extension.
