Ad accounts, social profiles, CMSs, and hosting for dozens of clients. Give your teams access to their projects, give contractors only what they need, and hand passwords back to clients without emailing them.
Your agency works in other people's accounts. When logins get lost in email threads and only one person knows the 2FA code, you're risking more than a campaign - you're risking your client's trust.
Logins in inboxes and chats.
A client emails a password, someone forwards it. A year later, nobody knows where the current version is.
Contractors and team turnover.
A freelancer needs access for two weeks but keeps it forever. It's hard to check who worked on which account.
2FA on one person's phone.
The client's ad account is protected by an authenticator code - on the phone of someone who just left the agency.
02 / How Inlockly helps
Every project has its own access. Every login has an owner.
A folder per client
Teams only see their own clients.
Create a folder for each client and assign it to departments: social media, campaigns, development. When someone moves to another team, their access moves with them.
Unlimited folders - as many as you have clients.
Departments with permissions granted once for the whole team.
Sign in to a client account without seeing the password.
One permission change covers the whole department.

Shared 2FA codes
A 2FA code for the team, not for a phone.
Save the 2FA key in the client account's item. Every authorized team member can generate the current code, and Inlockly fills it in along with the password.
TOTP codes available on every team device.
An employee leaving doesn't lock you out of a client's account.
Access for the length of a project. Handoff without email.
Add a contractor as a member with access to just one folder. Hand logins over to a client with a link that expires - one-time, or only for their email address.
A link valid from one hour to 30 days, or until it's first opened.
Link recipients don't need an Inlockly account.
Creating and revoking a link is recorded in the company log.
Can a contractor belong to several companies in Inlockly?+
Yes. One Inlockly account can be a member of multiple companies - a freelancer sees the vaults of your agency and other clients after a single sign-in, each with separate permissions.
How do I hand logins back to a client when we stop working together?+
Share the items with a one-time link limited to the client's email address. The client confirms with a code and doesn't need an Inlockly account. Then you can delete the client's folder.
Can a client invite our agency to their vault?+
Yes, if the client is on the Team or Business plan. Your agency staff join their company with the same account they use at the agency.
Which plan is right for an agency?+
Up to 10 people, the Team plan is enough. The Business plan adds departments - permissions for whole teams at once - 180 days of history, and no seat limit.
