How does yearly billing work?
A year costs the same as 10 months. Below the monthly rate, we show the full yearly payment. For example, the Personal plan is $24.90 per year and Family is $39.90 per year.
What does the Free plan include?
One account on one device, unlimited passwords, the generator, autofill, data import, email verification, and a recovery key. Access through the web app and on additional devices requires a paid plan.
Does everyone on the Family plan get their own account?
Yes. The plan includes five accounts with Personal plan features. Everyone has their own private vault, and you can share selected data within the family.
When should I choose Team and when Business?
Team covers 5 to 10 paid seats. Business has no upper limit and adds departments, department permission management, 180 days of company data history, and a Family plan for members.
Can an admin recover my private vault?
No. An admin can only restore access to family or company data. You recover your private vault with your own recovery key, created when you signed up.
Can I move my passwords from another password manager?
Yes. Import is available on every plan and supports 1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass, Dashlane, KeePass, popular browsers, and more.
